USA: 21 Kum & Go acquired stores in Iowa to be rebranded as Yesway

BW Gas & Convenience, an affiliate of Brookwood Financial Partners, expects to complete the purchase of 21 Kum & Go convenience stores in Iowa this month.

The purchase will take the number of BW Gas & Convenience owned and operated sites in Iowa up to 31, reports the Daily Iowegian.

All the acquired gas stations will be rebranded to the national convenience store brand Yesway, which will provide an enhanced food offering, according to the company.

BW Gas & Convenience has set a $6.7 million investment "to completely upgrade and remodel its entire portfolio to further enhance the customer experience."
