PDI completes Intellifuel buy

Professional Datasolutions, Inc. (PDI), a technology and service solutions provider in the convenience store and wholesale petroleum industry, announced it has completed the acquisition of Titusville, Florida-based fuel management and logistics solutions Intellifuel Systems, Inc.

Intellifuel automates downstream and midstream petroleum and biofuels operational processes and is highly regarded for customer service speed and quality, stated a company release.

PDI, meanwhile, provides software, hardware, and professional services to more than 325 companies present in more than 31,000 locations worldwide.

The value of the acquisition has not been disclosed.
