New Enhanced Dashboard with Document Management for Users of Insite360, Gilbarco Veeder-Root’s Wetstock Management Service. Allows at-a-glance network status, drill down to detail, data filtering and document management and storage.
BASILDON, UK, December 2016 – Gilbarco Veeder-Root announced the release of the new Insite360 Portal Dashboard with enhanced features and options for fuel station operators already using their wetstock management and analysis services.
The enhanced Dashboard provides an easy to understand overview of the whole network, with clear icon based graphics presenting a clear status of all monitored sites. When necessary, more detail is just a click away and drill down to specific site detail is possible.
“The new Dashboard layout has been carefully designed to give the users of our wetstock management services an intuitive online management tool to control their business with minimum effort. A high level of customisation has been built in so our customers can see as much or as little as they need, with a wide choice of user-preference options available to configure” Rick Bardsley, EU Product Manager for Insite360 said.
With overall site status, Highchart map, sales history and stock history, the main screen provides comprehensive network oversight. Sites displayed can be filtered by multiple parameters specific to individual users. Widgets display current week sales volume and combined inventory level and ullage details by fuel grade across all sites, with direct access to more detailed graphical report screens.
A completely new optional feature accessible from the dashboard is Document Management. Pedro Pacheco, EU Marketing Director at Gilbarco Veeder-Root added “we believe Document Management really adds value to our Insite360 service by offering an online repository for critical documents necessary for each facility, which is completely controlled by the customer. Viewer, Editor and Administrator roles can be defined to determine permissions for viewing, editing and uploading files, and users can subscribe to email alerts for notification of document changes.”
