ANG bought Constellation CNG, LLC and Questar Fueling Company on December 20 and December 16 respectively.

Seven compressed natural gas (CNG) stations operated by Constellation CNG in Ohio and Indiana will now become part of ANG.

The acquisition also included a parcel land for the development of the eighth CNG station to be located at 1325 East Drinker Street in Dunmore, Pennsylvania.

ANG, with the Questar acquisition, acquired a new state-of-the-art mobile fuelling station that can be mounted to a trailer and transported wherever a client needs for temporary fuelling or backup redundancy.

Questar will further expand ANG’s footprint across the country as its 11 CNG stations in Arizona, Kansas, Texas, Utah, California, and Colorado will now be part of ANG’s network.

"Our customers' needs are driving our expansion,” said Drew West, Chief Executive Officer of ANG. “With a national footprint, ANG is situated better than ever to support fleets across the country in broader, more extensive adoptions of CNG."
