Indonesia: Pertamina to rollout 5,000 small gas stations
As many as 1,000 new mini gas stations could be opened around Indonesia over the next five years.
PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, a subsidiary of state-owned energy company Pertamina, has announced plans to rollout 1,000 mini gas stations to serve customers in remote parts of the Asian country, reports The Jakarta Post.
Each station will come at a cost of around Rp 1 billion (USD75,007) and would have a capacity of 5,000 to 10,000 litres a day.
“This year, we will initiate the project by first establishing 50 mini gas stations,” said Patra Niaga President Director Gandhi Sriwidodo.
