USA: Yesway enters Wisconsin with new acquisition
U.S. fuel and convenience retailer Yesway has acquired nine sites from Mad Max Convenience Stores in Southeastern Wisconsin, reports CSP Daily News.
With this new acquisition Yesway enters the Wisconsin market and adds 9 convenience stores to its existing network of 70 stores in Iowa, Kansas and Texas.
After opening its first convenience store in 2000, Mad Max has grown through a number of local acquisitions. In 2014, it added a fuel hauling transport division and wholesale gas jobbership with the purchase of O´Connor Oil.
Once the sites are rebranded, Yesway will be able to add them to its new loyalty program that was launched last July.
