Finland: Gasum’s new gas station gets EU support
Gasum has opened a new gas filling station at Metsälehmuksentie road in Ruokosaari, Jyväskylä, according to a company release.
The new station, which has received European Union’s Connecting Europe Facility, will supply compressed biogas (CBG) and natural gas (CNG) to cars, delivery vehicles, waste management vehicles, and buses, and liquefied natural gas (LNG) to heavy-duty vehicles.
LNG filling stations are already present in Vuosaari, Helsinki, and near the Port of Turku. Another LNG filling station is set to open in September in Tuupakka, Vantaa.
