TravelCenter America chooses Paytronix loyalty for its c-stores

Paytronix Systems has become the loyalty and guest engagement platform for TravelCenters of America LLC’s Minit Mart stores and an array of branded restaurants.

TravelCenters and Paytronix expect that the platform will strengthen customer relationships by delivering highly targeted, relevant and timely offers, earned rewards, and messages. 

“We will be teaming up with them to roll out a program that delivers on this industry’s promise: customer convenience,” said Michelle Tempesta, Head of Product Management at Paytronix.

The operation is a large customer deployment that spans both of the primary vertical markets for Paytronix – restaurant and convenience/petroleum.

TravelCenters purchased the Minit Mart stores in 2013, giving way to the ownership and operation of convenience stores in 11 Midwest states. In total TA now operates more than 250 full-service truckstops and over 500 full- and quick-service restaurants.

The Paytronix platform for TravelCenters is expected to include flexible program design, easy data access as well as segmentation and targeting.
