USA: Yesway continues to expand with two new acquisitions
Yesway has announced the further expansion of the company with the acquisition of KAPS, a five-store chain in Kansas and another in Texas.
The six new Yesway locations will complement the company’s growing footprint in Kansas and its 35-store strong presence in West Texas respectively. With an existing portfolio of over 70 locations, Yesway has a robust acquisition pipeline and plans to acquire, improve and rebrand over 500 convenience stores over the next several years.

BW Gas & Convenience, also known as Yesway, is headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa, and was named a “2017 Chain to Watch” by the publication Convenience Store Decisions.
