Gas station, car wash to rise on closed Trump Taj Mahal property

A gas station and a car wash are set to be built on Virginia Avenue in Atlantic City as part of the redevelopment of US$1 billion Trump Taj Mahal property, reports Press of Atlantic City.

Hard Rock International is investing US$ 500 million to renovate the property, which would include opening its own Rockstop Gas & Wash convenience store, car wash, and gas station.

Aside from the service station complex, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is planned to have facilities for poolside and restaurant gambling and fantasy sports betting as well as putting up skill-based slots and hidden VIP gambling rooms.

It is set to open in the summer of 2018, according to an Associated Press report.
