Uzbekistan to form network of petrol stations selling foreign fuel brands

Jizzakh Petroleum of state-owned oil firm Uzbekneftegaz plans to put up a network of petrol stations that will sell foreign gasoline and diesel brands in Uzbekistan.

The network will sell motor gasoline Ai-92, Ai-93, Ai-95, and Ai-98 and diesel fuel of European standards, according to Kamila Aliyeva of AzerNews.

Unleaded AI-98 and AI-95 as well as EURO 3 diesel will likewise be offered in local petrol stations.

Jizzakh Petroleum JV, involved in constructing a refinery in the Jizzakh region, will annually produce 3.7 million tons of Euro-5 standard motor fuel and process other petroleum products.
