Romania’s Oil Terminal signs $8.6mn service deal with Oscar Downstream
Romanian oil and gas company Oil Terminal has signed a service deal with Bucharest-based independent oil firm Oscar Downstream, reports See News.
Under the $8.6-million contract, Oil Terminal will provide fuel discharging and loading services to Oscar Downstream.
Oscar Downstream is the biggest independent oil company and fuel distributor in Romania, offering wholesale diesel distribution, in-house fuelling service, and diesel fuel distribution.
Oil Terminal, meanwhile, operates one of the largest terminals in Southeastern Europe. Located near the Black Sea, its facilities specialize in crude oil, petroleum, and liquid chemicals.
Oltchim, one of the largest chemical companies in Romania and Southeastern Europe, has also sought Oil Terminal’s services under a separate deal.
