Frawley Oil exits convenience store business

Whitewater, Wisconsin-based Frawley Oil has sold five convenience stores to Casey’s General Stores to exit retail and concentrate on its fuels and lubricants business.

Casey’s plans to rebrand and renovate the five c-stores, located in Whitewater, Delavan, Elkhorn, Fort Atkinson, and Jefferson, Wisconsin, as Casey’s General Stores in the coming months.

Frawley Oil will continue to distribute fuels and lubricants throughout southeastern Wisconsin, reports CSP Daily News.

Ankeny, Iowa-based Casey’s operates more than 2,000 c-stores in 15 mostly Midwestern states.
