According to Recode, Amazon Go is likely to open at least three outlets in Seattle and one in Los Angeles, California.

The Los Angeles location could be at the retail and entertainment complex The Grove as talks were held between Amazon and billionaire developer Rick Caruso, the report said.

The checkout-free store uses “Just Walk Out Technology,” which enables customers to grab, go, and pay grocery items through the free Amazon mobile app.

Amazon Go still employs workers in the store to stock shelves, man the alcoholic beverage section, prepare food, and answer inquiries from customers.
