The product relaunch took place at the Forte Oil station in Lagos, reports The Nigerian Voice.

Havoline engine oil had been available in the Nigerian market until Texaco sold its stake to MRS Oil.

With Forte Oil securing a supply agreement with Chevron Lubricants, owner of the Texaco brand, Nigerians will have more options when buying engine oil.

“This unadulterated quality is guaranteed by both the Forte Oil and Texaco brands. This is an exciting time for the downstream market and for the consumer,” said Kenneth Otaru, Marketing head, Forte Oil.
