They are:

  • Booker Retail Partners– exclusive symbol group partner
  • BP Chargemaster – exclusive electric vehicle charging partner
  • BP Retail – exclusive motor fuel partner
  • TLM Technologies – exclusive EPOS partner

Steve Fox, Managing Director, Booker Group – Retail, explains: "Booker Retail Partners is delighted to be partnering with Retail's Best for the first time. This is a unique event that brings together the country's leading forecourt and convenience retailers in an exciting and engaging forum. The team and myself are very much looking forward to being able to listen to the retailers and learn from them how we can help grow their business."

With BP Chargemaster poised to roll out its next generation of electric vehicle charging in 2019, David Newton, Chief Operating Officer at BP Chargemaster, says: “It is a fantastic time for us to participate at this leading event, to share plans on how we will be travelling on the Road to Power.”

Adds Howard Nunn, UK Sales Manager at BP Retail: “We are excited to participate at Retail’s Best for the first time.  Retail’s Best offers a unique forum to engage with new and existing customers to discuss developments in the motor fuel market.”

It is also the first time that TLM Technologies will be participating at Retail’s Best, coinciding with the one-year anniversary of evoPOS, the company’s next generation of EPOS especially developed for fuel and convenience.  Lee Papper, TLM Technologies Chief Executive, says: “We are very excited to showcase evoPOS at Retail’s Best.  It is a fantastic opportunity for us to meet leading petrol dealers and retailers.”

Moiz Vas, retail entrepreneur and founder of Retail’s Best, explains:  “We are on the cusp of major change in our industry as we face some major challenges that are potentially a threat to our current ways of working.  Forward thinking retailers and forecourt operators are keen to have access to these key suppliers, to explore opportunities and learn from each other.  Collaboration is the key to success, for suppliers, retailers and petrol dealers to pro-actively work together and Retail’s Best is best-placed to facilitate that.

Since Retail’s Best launched in 2013 it has brought together multiple leading suppliers with hundreds of independent businesses in the world of food service, convenience retailing, motor fuel retailing and retail technology to create strong customer relations and improve business.  Its vision at the start was to create a series of unique and exclusive business development networking events, put together ‘by retailers, for retailers’.  There’s a large network of top retail operators who support and contribute to the success of Retail’s Best and this number continues to grow.

Now in its sixth year, Retail’s Best is proving a magnet for influential suppliers, retailers and petrol dealers.  Last year 200 of the top forecourt operators and convenience retailers attended, representing some 3,500 sites between them.

Retail’s Best offers a unique forum to engage with new and existing customers.  A key attraction is that it takes place in the evening and includes intimate and informative break-out sessions, a drinks reception, dinner, entertainment and a ‘smart exhibition’ with plenty of time for networking in a relaxed and non-competitive environment.
