SVG Superwash to present NOVA at international trade fair in Munich
SVG Superwash will be demonstrating the latest innovations for its "NOVA in Christ DNA" commercial vehicle wash system at the international trade fair for logistics, transport logistic. The event will run from 9th to 12th May 2023 at the Messe München trade fair centre.

From 9th to 12th May 2023, representatives from the world of the logistics will gather in Munich. transport logistic is the leading international trade fair for logistics, mobility, IT and supply chain management. It is the perfect place to meet others in the industry and discover innovative products and intermodal solutions. For four days, exhibitors from all around the world will share their expertise and top-class speakers will present a range of talks.
After a four-year break, SVG Superwash, a subsidiary of the Christ Group, is pleased to present its newly developed product, "NOVA", at transport logistic 2023. This system technology combines a new design with technology and fits harmoniously into the wider product line.

With the NOVA, SVG Superwash will be exhibiting completely new machine technology in Munich. It is a completely reimagined and redesigned commercial vehicle wash system that features the most innovative technology. This makes the NOVA yet another component of the CHRIST DNA.
When creating the NOVA, our aim was to design a mechanical commercial vehicle wash system that would meet all the needs of carriers, transport services and paid wash centres. The NOVA cleans all types of commercial vehicles quickly, reliably and with care. It saves time, costs and energy compared to hand washing or single-brush systems. Thanks to its reduced energy and water consumption, the NOVA is both environmentally friendly and resource-saving. Low consumption and low maintenance costs mean this wash system can be operated economically and with low maintenance requirements. Clean vehicles have become an effective advertising medium for industrial companies, transport companies and bus/coach companies. The system is made up of a large number of design elements, meaning that it can be customised to suit all needs.
The NOVA is equipped with the newly designed "BLADE PREMIUM lighted" front cladding with an additional RGB display that shows the driver clear instructional animations to assist with entering, stopping and correctly positioning the vehicle. In addition, the correct positioning can be achieved using an ultrasonic sensor, which shows the driver the correct positioning in the wash system via colour signals/colour intensities, similar to parking aids for cars.
The Vitesse lateral high-pressure system is integrated into the portal beam and can be operated simultaneously with the wash with brushes during the forward cycle. In order to achieve an optimum wash result for different vehicle heights, the Vitesse is available in various heights. The high-pressure system can be equipped with moving, oscillating rotor nozzles or with rigid nozzles and can be operated at a pressure of up to 80 bar.
By integrating the lateral high-pressure system into our wash portal, the dimensions of the wash system have been reduced, increasing the maximum available wash length. In addition, this significantly reduces the wash time per vehicle, as the lateral wash with brushes and the high-pressure wash can take place simultaneously in the same pass.
Furthermore, the horizontal beam high-pressure has been integrated into the portal. Depending on customer requirements, this can be optionally equipped with oscillating rotor nozzles or with rigid nozzles.
The NOVA offers many other features and innovative solutions, such as automatic detection of mirrors and camera systems.
The system is able to automatically detect and wash around these elements thanks to its intelligent active power measurement system. This makes operation much simpler as side mirrors do not need to be removed or folded in. The system automatically washes around any camera systems, avoiding any damage to the mirrors inside.
A new touchscreen operation terminal with a user-friendly interface has been developed to make the wash system even easier to use.
