TDIndustries builds new CNG public fueling station in Texas

TDIndustries (TD) is building a new public access Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fueling station in Lake Jackson, Texas. The project is expected to be completed within 90 days and the station to be operational by late December 2015.

The station has been designed to accommodate Class 8 tractors and trailers, as well as smaller vehicles and will have 24 hours a day, seven days a week public access.

“We are extremely excited about the opportunity to bring the best practices and exceptional reputation TDIndustries is known for in the construction industry to this project,” said Dmitri Tisnoi, President of CNG Energy Partners, owner and operator of the CNG station.

Jason Cinek, from SVP TDIndustries, also commented on the operation: “We plan to grow our business in the alternative fuels and energy markets by supporting both private and public entities in their desire to build and maintain CNG fueling stations throughout the Southwest region of the United States.”

The City of Lake Jackson was one of the first Texas municipalities to embrace alternative fuel for its fleet by converting their vehicles to Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and constructing a private access CNG fueling facility in early 2000.
