USA: New England retailer acquires fuel, c-store portfolio

New England retailer Nouria Energy Corp. has completed the acquisition of the J&S Oil assets including fuel stations, carwash locations, convenience stores and a fuel supply division in the state of Maine.

The deal will hand Nouria Energy 8 convenience store locations with fuel, 2 Express® Lube auto-service stations, 3 state-of-the art carwash locations, a wholesale fuel supply division and a transport logistics business.

The transaction brings the number of Nouria locations in the state of Maine to 31 and boosts Nouria’s retail network to a total of approximately 140 locations, spanning from Sagamore, Massachusetts to Waterville, Maine.

Nouria Energy owns and now operates over 90 convenience store locations in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and supplies fuel to over 140 sites operating under the Shell, Irving, Gulf brands and unbranded fuel throughout New England.
