USA: GreenPrint partners with GasBuddy for fuel emissions fuel program

GreenPrint and GasBuddy have partnered to change the consumer value equation of gasoline and allow GreenPrint to reach customers at a final stage of the gas buying process.

Now, when consumers scroll through the GasBuddy app, they’ll notice a green leaf next to each store participating in one of GreenPrint’s reduced emissions fuel programs. The leaf links to a customized website to explain the value add that comes with each program.

GreenPrint provides reduced emissions fuel programs that enable refiners, wholesalers, and fuel retailers, to increase consumer goodwill, sales, and profitability while supporting their communities and environment.  For example, ALON 7-Eleven stores in Albuquerque, New Mexico and soon Lubbock, Texas offer GreenPrint’s Strive – Reduced Emissions Fuel Program.

 With these programs, GreenPrint calculates consumers’ carbon emissions on each gallon of fuel and invests in projects, including planting trees in the local community, to reduce those emissions in the atmosphere.
