The transaction also strengthens Empire’s existing partnerships with Shell and Chevron.

The Dallas, Texas-based Empire supplies branded fuels including Shell, Chevron, Texaco, Valero, Sunoco, BP, ExxonMobil, CITGO, Marathon, Gulf, and Phillips 66 to more than 1,250 gas stations in 27 states.

“This portfolio of dealers continues Empire's strategy of strengthening our presence in key Texas markets, including Dallas, where both of our companies are headquartered.
