Petrotec acquires Wayne UK from Dover

Petrotec Group, a global provider of technology and services to the downstream oil industry, has acquired Wayne Fueling Systems UK Ltd. from Dover Corporation, according to a company release.

The acquired Loanhead, Edinburgh-based company with its 90 years history providing support and technologies to petrol stations in the UK and Ireland will be a boost to Petrotec’s commitment to the UK market and its customers.

Petrotec is also present in seven markets including in Portugal, Spain, Angola, Mozambique, South Africa, and India, with sales in more than 80 countries.
