Indonesia: Ride-sharing company partners with Esso for fuel discounts

Gojek will offer fuel discounts to its users through the new partnership.

Ride-sharing Gojek drivers will soon be able to enjoy a 20% discount when they buy petrol at any of Esso’s 61 service stations in Singapore from April 1.

The ride-hailing firm said in a press release on Wednesday that the move is part of the company’s mission to lower its drivers’ operating costs

And as part of Gojek’s ongoing partnership with DBS, drivers who use DBS or POSB debit cards to pay for fuel at Esso will also receive additional rebates.

Further details of scheme will be shared soon, according to the company.

GOJEK first launched its beta ride-hailing service in Singapore late 2018.
