USA: Driven Brands Car Wash expands in North Texas, Mid-South

Driven Brands added several locations with the acquisition of In & Out Car Wash, in Texas, and two Cheetah Clean Auto Wash, in Kentucky.

Driven Brands Car Wash, the world’s largest local car wash, is accelerating its expansion in the United States with two new acquisitions that added several locations to its growing portfolio in the North Texas, and the Mid-South market. The new companies to join Driven Brand’s Car Wash North America are In & Out Car Wash in Carrollton, Texas, and two Cheetah Clean Auto Wash locations, in Kentucky.

With the acquisition of In & Out Car Wash in Carrollton, Driven Brands Car Wash location count reaches 12 centres in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area, and a total network of 25 car washes in Texas. Driven Brands Car Wash, formerly International Car Wash Group (ICWG), entered Texas in 2017.

The acquisition of two Cheetah Clean Auto Wash locations, in Kentucky, expands Driven Brands’ presence in the Mid-South state to five locations since its first Car Wash USA Express location opened in Madisonville in 2019. The acquired Cheetah Clean locations are located in Radcliff, a Louisville suburb, and Franklin, near the Tennessee border.

North Carolina-based Driven Brands, the parent company of some of North America’s leading automotive service brands, first entered the car wash business just in August 2020 with the acquisition of ICWG - with more than $3.8 billion in annual sales, ICWG acquisition instantly made Driven Brands a major player in the sector.

Driven Brands Car Wash operates over 900 locations in 14 countries across US, Europe and Australia, with over 200 US venues. Driven Brands Car Wash North America operates under the Car Wash USA Express, Goo-Goo Express Wash, Supersonic Car Wash, The Wash Factory, and Mister B’s brands.
