USA: Thorntons opens new location in Illinois

Thorntons, a travel stop operator in the United States, recently launched its newest location in Huntley, Illinois. The station is Thorntons' first in Huntley village, its 84th in Illinois state, and brings the company’s total store count in the country to 207.

The new 4,400-square-foot facility is set on two acres, and have a 20 auto fuelling positions capacity.

Other amenities include LED lighting, self-checkout, fresh burritos and sandwiches, and an assortment of beverages.

Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Thorntons operates more than 200 stores in six states: Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee and Florida.
