ISTOBAL strengthens U.S. position with acquisition of Pacific Pride Carwash

The operation boosts ISTOBAL in California and enables the opening of new market niches with potential in the Pacific region of the USA.

Spanish carwash equipment manufacturer ISTOBAL has acquired its distributor in Southern California, Pacific Pride Carwash Company Inc., strengthening its presence in North America.

This acquisition represents the first of the strategic growth plan envisioned by ISTOBAL for the coming years with the aim of continuing to increase its sales in the countries in which it is present.

Pacific Pride Carwash Company Inc. is one of the main ISTOBAL distributors in the US market. With more than 20 years of experience in the sector Southern California, it is an approved supplier to the US Armed Forces and has a large ISTOBAL customer base.

Currently, the USA is one of the largest export markets for ISTOBAL and represents one of the areas with the greatest growth potential for the company, along with China, Germany and Poland.
