Lukoil Belux partners with ICASA to automate its sites

ICASA’s software will be used across 185 stations in Luxembourg and Belgium.

Lukoil Belux has selected ICASA to automate services across its network of 185 petrol stations in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Ivo Hoskens, Managing Director at Lukoil Benelux, explained how they chose ICASA as a partner to manage all their stations and shops and be ready for future challenges.

“In addition to mobile payments and POS operations, we also needed a solid solution for analysis, reporting, inventory management and invoicing. That is why we were looking for a software supplier with a total and integrated solution,” said Hoskens.

“ICASA will integrate the station's head and back office (for fuel and shop) into the POS system. This makes the management of the stations easier, more flexible and more user-friendly, and will provide new functionalities such as clear reports on a dashboard, extensive stock and shop management,” according to Rudi Bollen, CEO of ICASA Group.

PJSC LUKOIL began retail operations in Belgium in 2007 as part of its marketing network development in Western Europe.
