English Español Chile: Copec Voltex and MG Motor sign alliance to boost electromobility

The agreement between the two companies will allow MG  Motor customers to access Copec Voltex smart chargers in its charging network throughout the country.

As a way to encourage the introduction of sustainable mobility in the country, MG Motor and Copec Voltex reached a new agreement to boost electromobility in Chile.

Through this alliance, customers of MG ZS EV, the first 100% electric SUV in Chile, will be able to access Copec Voltex's home chargers, as well as benefit from its charging network, installed in public spaces and service stations.

Copec currently has 35 service stations with fast charging for electric vehicles. The operator connects more than 1,400 km of the country from the Coquimbo Region to Araucanía.

By the end of this year, the network will have seven new points across Chile, according to La Tercera.
