SOCAR, Rosneft sign fuel supply deal for Ukraine
SOCAR enters the Ukrainian market after the Swiss Proton Energy Group decided to exit the country.
Azerbaijan's state energy company SOCAR and Russia's oil and gas giant Rosneft have signed a deal to supply oil products and LPG to Ukraine and other countries.

SOCAR will have a quota of more than 100,000 tons of diesel fuel and 12,000 tons of liquefied natural gas, according to BM Georgia.
The only supplier of Rosneft products to Ukraine since 2016 has been the Swiss trader Proton Energy Group S.A.
