Oman Oil Marketing Company (OOMCO) has begun the operation of its fifth service station in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Located in Dammam, the one-stop-shop service station caters to customers living in the metropolitan area.

The service station features a range of on-the-go shopping, and food and beverage offerings, in addition to essential automotive services that go “beyond the pump”.

The latest addition is part of OOMCO’s strategy to accelerate its expansion in Saudi Arabia as well as its global expansion footprint. The company will also add another five stations around Jeddah to its portfolio in the Kingdom this year.

The facility comprises a car care center, a convenience store, cafeteria, a drive through coffee shop and ATM.

“With customers being the key players of our success, the launch of our fourth service station in Saudi Arabia demonstrates our unwavering dedication to offer convenient and flexible shopping experiences, while catering to our customers’ refueling and car care needs,” said Ali Muqaibal, OOMCO.

“In addition to the five operating stations, we secured 11 sites that are at different stages of development. We opened our first mega station in Dammam in 2019, and we continue to harness more opportunities to strengthen our service offerings in the Saudi market while always putting customer-centricity first-and-foremost,” he added.

Earlier this month, Oman and Saudi Arabia have signed 13 memorandum of understanding for joint projects worth $30 billion within the economic sector.
