Shell Pakistan opens second “Oasis” integrated retail outlet in Karachi

The new site is located on the M9 Motorway to connect the port city to the rest of the country.

Shell Pakistan Limited has opened its second “Integrated Retail Outlet” in the city of Karachi. The new site is located on the M9 Motorway, a strategic point to connect the largest port city in the country with the rest of Pakistan. The new facility, “SPL Oasis”, offers a wide range of products and services to serve on-the-go needs of consumers.

“Shell Pakistan is steadfast in our mission to serve the nation and its people. We are eager to contribute to this ambition and are happy to open around the clock retail ecosystem on M9 motorway, a key location in the country, that will serve travellers and tourists.”, said Waqar Siddiqui, Chief Executive and Managing Director of Shell Pakistan Limited, according to a report by local news site ProPakistani.

Drivers who stop on their way can enjoy the new amenities that the facility is equipped with. The Oasis offers a wide range of restaurants and drive-thrus for hungry customers as well as a Shell Select store with quality food and consumer products. In addition, there is also a mosque and separate prayer areas for men and women, restrooms that maintain international and hygiene standards and a dedicated baby changing location.

The site presents different options for customers to take care of their vehicles, such as oil change, tire care and a car wash. It is also equipped with a Shell Recharge station, in collaboration with K-Electric, to respond to the growing number of electric vehicles in the nation.
