English Español Majors Management buys Morgan Oil Company assets

The retail manager has acquired 10 Chevron-branded convenience stores as well as its wholesale and lubricants businesses.

Majors Management announced the acquisition of 10 Chevron-branded convenience stores, the dealer wholesale business, and the commercial fuels and lubricants business and associated bulk plant facility from Morgan Oil Company.

This marks another purchase for the developer and operator after announcing the takeover of six Bay Shores Oil c-stores, resulting in its fifteenth acquisition In the last three years. The Georgia-based firm is currently operating across eleven states, including Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, North Carolina, Mississippi, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Majors and its affiliates supply fuel to over 1,200 convenience store locations.
