The retail division of the KMG International Group inaugurated a new batch of stations that are part of a package of 12 locations set to open across the A1 Highway. The total investment for the 12 centers is estimated at over 40 million dollars, being provided by the Kazakh-Romanian Energy Investment Fund.

"We have opened to the public, in the last four months, ten of the 12 stations we planned for this highway section, and the rest will be completed in the next period. Thus we provide travelers with a vast space where they can fuel their car and relax enjoying a coffee, in the hei&coffee stations, such as those in Recas, or a hot meal at the gas stations that operate under the hei coffee&gourmet brand", said Bauyrzhan Nugumanov, General Manager at Rompetrol Downstream.

Six of the 12 stations on the A1 are equipped with a restaurant and  there are also four fast charging stations for electric cars at each location. The first four Rompetrol integrated service stations were inaugurated in March, two more in June and four others are set to be officially inaugurated in the next period.
