Petrobras may sell $13.7 billion in assets: report

Brazilian state oil company Petrobras has hired several investment banks to obtain help to sell $13.7 billion in assets, the newspaper Folha de Sao Paulo recently reported.

The company needs cash because its access to financing in capital markets has been following a long period of probes into the company’s finances which has uncovered corruption networks, the report said.
