World LPG Forum and AEGPL Congress changes location due to insecurity

The 29th World LPG Forum and AEGPL Congress that had been planned for Istanbul, Turkey, has been postponed and relocated to Italy due to the dangerous political situation of the Turkish capital.

The World LPG Association (WLPGA) and the European LPG Association (AEGPL), organizers of the event, have announced that the show will now take place at the Firenze Fiera Congress and Exhibition Centre - Fortezza Da Basso in Florence, Italy 15th-17th November 2016.

“The WLPGA and AEGPL express profound thanks to their Turkish industry colleagues for their support to the Forum and assure them of their solidarity in these times,” said the organizers in a release.

The Italian LPG market is one of Europe’s most important with a strong heating sector and one of Europe’s major autogas markets.
