English Español Spain: Repsol, El Corte Inglés join forces to expand convenience into 3,500 gas stations

Energy multinational Repsol and retail giant El Corte Inglés have signed an agreement to form the largest network of convenience stores in Spain.

According to a company release, Supercor Stop&Go, a c-store chain owned by El Corte Inglés and is currently present in 58 Repsol stations, will be expanded into approximately 3,500 Repsol petrol stations.

El Corte Inglés, in addition, will become the retail fuel stations' main supplier of gourmet products, beverage, food and non-food items.

Purchases using the El Corte Inglés shopping card can also be made at Repsol, Campsa, and Petronor service stations.
