WOQOD opens new petrol station in Qatar

With this opening, the Qatarian oil company raised its network to 81.

Hazm Al Markhiya petrol station is spread over an area of 5000 square meters and has 3 lanes with 9 dispensers that will serve Hazm Al Markhiya and its neighborhood.

The new site offers round-the-clock services to residents, and include Sidra convenience store, Manual Car wash, and sale of LPG cylinders, in addition to sale of gasoline and diesel products for light vehicles.

WOQOD has recently accelerated the process for the construction of new petrol stations to meet the fuel and energy needs of the country. The company is currently overseeing the implementation of 16 new petrol stations, most of them are expected to be operational in the year of 2019. There are 6 stations in the bidding phase and 26 stations in the design phase.

"As part of its strategic expansion plan, WOQOD is targeting the achievement of a total of 130 fuel stations by the end of 2020", announced WOQOD's CEO, Rashid Al Muhannadi.
