USA: QuickCheck adds location in New York

The New Jersey-based convenience store chain opened the fifth location in Long Island.

New Jersey chain QuickChek is opening its fifth location in Long Island, New York. The 24 hours a day site is also its second location in Suffolk County, Bohemia, and will serve as a hybrid gas station and convenience store.

The Bohemia store joins Commack, Lake Grove, Copiague and Bethpage QuickChek’s locations. The store will sell coffee, fresh food and drinks, in addition to fuel. The store will also feature indoor seating counters with phone and laptop charging stations and free WiFi.

QuickChek is planning to open more Long Island locations this year, announced a representative for the company, Russ Mensch.

QuickChek operates 160 stores, mostly in New Jersey.
