Last update:

Repsol continues to expand its gas station offering and recently reached an agreement with the Lizarran restaurant chain to carry out a pilot project for its service stations.

According to a recent report by elEconomista, the company has already established 29 outlets through its network that include the chain's food offering. The first stores are located mainly in Madrid and across Valencia and Catalonia’s main roads.

Repsol is currently studying the possibility of expanding the trial to 50 stores before the end of the year. After evaluating these results, it will decide whether to extend the concept to more stations in the network.

With this addition, the company seeks to go a step further in expanding access to Spanish gastronomy. Lizarran is not only a nationally recognized brand but also has an exclusive range of products for service stations.

Lizarran is a fast food chain belonging to Comess Group and will help Repsol in its quest to expand its range of offerings to drivers. In this regard, the company has also recently established itself as the largest car wash chain in Spain.
