Asda announced the launch of over 40 products as part of its new Health Menu range, designed  to bring simplicity back to healthy eating.

Created by Asda’s in-house nutritionist and expert chef team, each item of the Health Menu is labeled with a specific health benefit, helping customers know exactly why it’s good for them.

Whether it’s skin health, gut health, or bone health, the benefit is signposted clearly on product packaging.

The new brand  includes products across the retailer’s frozen, chilled, bakery, food-to-go and meat, fish and poultry categories.

“Healthy eating shouldn’t cost the earth, and with prices starting at just 75p, we hope to empower customers to make healthy choices whilst showing them that you don’t need to count calories or compromise on taste to live a healthy lifestyle,” said Sophie Rose, Nutrition and Health Strategy Manager at Asda.

Whether it’s ready-to-eat grain packs, nut and seed granolas or frozen smoothie mixes, with Asda’s Health Menu range shoppers can eat well without spending a fortune.
