GRIDSERVE introduces its fastest high power charger

The ABB Terra 360 has been rolled out at the company’s latest Electric Super Hubs and allows them to roll out high power charging faster with fewer units installed and less cabling.

First trialed at GRIDSERVE’s Braintree Electric Forecourt back in October 2022, the company is officially rolling out its fastest high power charger, the ABB Terra 360.

The Terra 360 is capable of a maximum output of 360kW, which can add 100 miles in less than five minutes or a full charge in approximately 15 minutes for cars equipped with the fastest charging tech. GRIDSERVE has installed the equipment in the latest Electric Super Hubs across its charging network, including Northampton South, Southwaite North/South and Toddington North/South.

At each of the brand’s new sites, customers will find three Terra 360s with two charging bays per unit. All of them can charge two cars simultaneously without negatively impacting the charging speed.
