A total of seven Shell stations in Mauritius, all owned by Shell products retailer in Africa Vivo Energy, will soon start to offer international package and envelope mailing service under the DHL brand, Vivo Energy Mauritius said in a press release in early February.

The release said that this is just an additional service besides offering others ranging from car care to making available for purchase fresh fruits.

“Vivo Energy Mauritius concentrates in the activities of convenience retailing and this orientation results from a willingness of improving the client experience,” said Kiran Juwaheer, director of Vivo in Mauritius.
Vivo operates in more than a dozen African countries where it markets Shell branded products and operates fuel stations under the Shell banner.

DHL’s delivery network extends to 220 countries.
While Shell products have been marketed in Mauritius for at least 110 years, the Vivo Energy Mauritius society was created in 2011.
