Brazil carries out biodiesel auction

Brazilian fuel agency ANP secured 699 million litres of biodiesel in an auction carried out at the end of January.

Brazilian fuel agency ANP recently said it secured 699 million litres of biodiesel for a total traded value of 1.3 billion reais in a recent auction.

The offers of biodiesel were in a single day on January 31 with 40 producers making available 811 million litres.

The auctions are carried out twice a month.
