Yoshi Mobility acquires Mobile Auto Concepts

Portfolio company Yoshi Mobility has acquired Mobile Auto Concepts Inc (MACi) to boost its West Coast presence.

The San Francisco-based mobile automotive services company specializes in tire care and replacement, preventative maintenance, multipoint inspections, eco-friendly washes and more. The brand currently operates in major western markets, including San Francisco-San Jose-Oakland, Sacramento, Seattle and Los Angeles.

MACi’s suite of mobile automotive services will be integrated into Yoshi's service offerings and rebranded as part of Yoshi Mobility.

The companies said MACi’s eco-conscious car washes and on-site tire services will complement Yoshi Mobility’s mobility platform, strengthening its network of certified mobile technicians who provide on-site and virtual services.
