Mexican stations hurt by illegal fuel sales
The country vehicular fuel industry has suffered losses because of illegal fuel sales, the president of the fuel station operators association, Jose Garcia, said in a press release.
The organization, known as Onexpo, said in its web page that these situations are affecting new private investment.
In Mexico, organized crime groups often steal gasoline and diesel from pipelines and later sell the fuel in the black market at much lower prices.
