Spain’s diesel, gasoline prices rise for third consecutive month

The price of diesel for vehicle use and that of 95-octane gasoline continued to gain in April in Spain, according to a statement issued May 26 by the pro-competition authority known for its acronym CNMC.

Average diesel prices rose 0.6% in April while average gasoline prices also rose up to 1.7%, both gaining for a third consecutive month, the company said.

BP continued to offer the lowest fuel prices in Spain, on average, it added.
