PUDO partners with c-store association to build parcel service in US

PUDO, a Canadian parcel pick-up and drop-off company, has signed a deal with Asian American Trade Associations Council (AATAC), a national association of convenience store owners in the United States, to build a network of pick-up and drop-off network in convenience store locations in the US.

AATAC c-store members, under the partnership, can become PUDO Point authorized dealers and will have the ability to accept packages for PUDO Point members and individuals who make online purchases, according to a company release. PUDO Point membership is free.

“This partnership provides a new level of convenience to our members’ customers as well as the communities they serve,” added Sunil Capita, Associate Director of AATAC.

The collaboration, moreover, could extend the current 5,000 PUDO Point locations present in North America to more than 80,000.

“Traditionally, retailers and shipping carriers have controlled how their customers receive purchased goods. PUDO puts that power in the hands of consumers by allowing them to control when and how their packages are delivered,” said Frank Coccia, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PUDO, Inc.
