This was disclosed in a statement made by SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev to Trend News Agency. Abdullayev said that it still depends on the conditions of the offer of the OMV.

"However, everything depends on the fact how favorable the conditions of this deal will be. Our experts are working on this issue," said Abdullayev.

OMV, as previously reported on Petrolplaza, is selling up to 100% of gas stations assets in Turkey, numbered at 1,785, to focus on production and oil refining.
