According to CSP Daily News, the acquired Rattlers stores are expected to complement Sunoco’s c-store and wholesale distribution business in Texas. The c-stores supply branded (Exxon, Shell, and Valero) and unbranded fuels.

The transaction will be completed on the second quarter of 2016 and is subject to confirmatory due diligence and other customary closing conditions.
