Ecuador's state oil firm sells three gas stations
Empresa Pública de Hidrocarburos del Ecuador (EP Petroecuador) announced the sale of its three Petrocomercial gas stations, two of which are in the capital city of Quito and one in the city of Guayaquil.
The two gas stations in Quito, located in Eloy Alfaro y Amazonas and Ponceano cost $18.5 million and $9.7 million respectively, while the one in Guayaquil is priced at $19.5 million.
Interested buyers, local or foreign, may send their intention to bid until August 02.
The terms and conditions of sale have been published in the company website www.eppetroecuador.ec since last week (July 22) and are also available at its offices in Quito and Guayaquil.
The state oil company operates 49 service stations and has 212 stations affiliated in its network of gas station Petrocomercial.
